WHAT IS A MEMBER?
A member is family that has had a skater attend/ register on a session. (paid and had fees processed to Halifax Skating Club)
WHAT IS A WAIT LISTED SKATER?
A skater that was signed up on a wait list in a previous registration window (date stated on the brochure)
WHAT IS A NEW MEMBER?
Any family with an account that has not had a family member make it to ice for a session.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- All members must pay the Skate Canada Membership fee yearly. (September 1—August 31 yearly)
This include insurance for skaters and the club.

How to purchase Drop in session for Academy Programs
- must be purchased by NOON the day before the session.
- Go to registration page and select the session you wish to purchase.
- select date of drop in (individual) session from the drop down menu and select the skater.
-complete the check out process
Club sessions are NOT Ticket ice Purchases.
Ticket Ice is arranged with your private coaching team. Ticket Ice is tracked and then billed monthly. Please pay in a timely manner
ACADEMY PROGRAMS - Always Inform your base coach of your
intent to register for a session or do a Drop in Session
If a skater is feeling unwell the MUST NOT ATTEND any session.
