INFORMATION
If a skater is feeling unwell they should not attend any sessions.

Does your skaters have the right skates to be successful on our CanSkate sessions??
If a skater can not walk off the ice without their ankles rolling over then their skates will not work on the ice for their sessions.
Skaters with poor skate quality will struggle with elements being taught on the ice.
Please ensure your child has properly fitted and supported skates . ADJUSTABLE BLADES are not accepted

Please check back in Mid August for Fall registration dates and to view our new season Brochure.
We’re excited to welcome new and returning skaters next season!
Skate Canada Membership Fee (Per skater, per year - Sept 1 to Aug 31)

WHAT IS A MEMBER?
A member is family that has had a skater attend/ register on a session. (paid and had fees processed to Halifax Skating Club)
WHAT IS A WAIT LISTED SKATER?
A skater that was signed up on a wait list in a previous registration window (date stated on the brochure)
WHAT IS A NEW MEMBER?
Any family with an account that has not had a family member make it to ice for a session.

Schedule Overview
Junior Academy: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM (no classes the week of July 28-Aug 1)
Foundations Group (STAR 1–4): 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Excel Group (Competing at STAR 4+): 9:00 AM – 3:15 PM
No Ice On:
June 30 & July 1 (Canada Day long weekend)
July 31 & August 1
August 4 (Civic Holiday)
